Jim McGaughey
President, CEO
Jim McGaughey, Colonel, USA, (Retired) is the President of Cornerstone Concepts, a leading provider of business intelligence services for the commercial, federal and defense industries. He offers a breadth of management experience in program management and the implementation and execution of national and international logistics and capacity building operations. With a deep understanding of the importance of supporting client requirements and expectations gained from over 35 years with the Department of Defense, Jim provides business leadership for all Cornerstone Solutions.
Joe Reese
Executive VP, Professional Services
Joe brings over 25 years of experience in strategy, management and technical consulting from enterprise reengineering for fortune 500 and federal clients to executive leadership in entrepreneurial environments. Joe has been a regular speaker and author on subjects including Business Intelligence, Digital Dashboards, Enterprise Portals, CRM, Knowledge Management, Six Sigma, Groupware and Collaboration. Mr. Reese has been recognized as a pioneer in the business intelligence industry, leading some of the nation’s first, largest and most complex EDW/BI implementations world wide. Joe began his career designing and deploying worldwide systems in support of Naval Security. Throughout his career he has remained on the leading edge of technology, from deploying real-time fraud detection, ERP and enterprise data warehouse solutions, to his latest success leading a big data engineering programs.
H. West Richards
Executive VP, Strategic Channels
West has a mix of public and private sector experience. West has over 15 years experience leading Strategic Business Development efforts in Information Technology. Prior to joining the private sector, West spent nearly 7 years in the Public Sector serving as a staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives. He also spent some years working inside Academia reporting to the President of the Georgia Institute of Technology where he was responsible for developing the University’s public relations strategy for the 1996 Olympic Games. West began his career in public service as a Congressional staffer serving in the United States House of Representatives. West served as a Chief of Staff for a Member of Congress. He was the youngest person at that time to hold such a title. During his last two years on Capitol Hill, he was also responsible for running the Sub-committee on Public Buildings and Grounds. Later on in his career, West also helped launch The Georgia Electronic Commerce Association, LLC. This was Georgia’s first non-profit Internet lobbying group. West earned his undergraduate degree in Management at Carnegie-Mellon University.
Robert Kelly
Principal Architect
Robert is a true enterprise data visionary, architect, and designer with over 20 years of experience in strategic architecture, technology design, enterprise strategy, process design and project leadership. Highly experienced in business intelligence and analytics on high-performance, massive scale data infrastructures for large enterprise decision support and automation purposes in financial services, insurance, telecommunications, retail, CPG, and healthcare industries.
Wendi Mowbray
Director, Business Devlopment
Wendi is a business development leader with a proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver bottom line results. Extensive background and expertise in sales, product management and operations. Demonstrates uncommon focus on taking the initiative, seeking challenges, and being accountable for delivering breakthrough results. Articulate and innovative, with a demonstrated capability to solve complex business problems and create new opportunities. Proven reputation for creating cohesive, success-driven teams.
Elaine Carey
Director, Human Resources
Elaine is seasoned professional with practical “hands-on” senior level experience in and solid understanding of a diverse range of business management skills to including Human Resources, financial management, communications, web documentation management, customer service, and event/account management. A manager with 25 years total work experience to including an in-depth knowledge of HR disciplines, employee relations, employment law compliance, benefits/payroll, immigration, staffing, and compensation. A manager that is a strategic HR partner and that will help support company and/or business unit goals and objectives.
